What this workshop covers

Leading with People Insight introduces managers and leaders to a framework for understanding both their own leadership style and the unique needs of their people.

Participants begin by exploring their own behavioural profile and leadership tendencies. They see where their natural style creates strength, and where it creates blind spots. This builds the self-awareness needed to lead with purpose rather than instinct.

The workshop then shifts focus to their people. Leaders learn how to interpret individual profiles, identify what motivates each team member, and adapt their approach accordingly. They practise applying these insights to real situations, from running 1:1 meetings to handling conflict and giving feedback.

By the end of the workshop, leaders have a personalised toolkit they can use to build stronger relationships, engage their teams, and achieve better results.
