Learn how to decode workplace behaviour, build self-awareness, and create a shared language for how your people think and work.
Too many people decisions are made on instinct. Managers inherit teams without knowing how to engage them. Colleagues misread each other’s intentions. Leaders promote high performers into management roles without giving them tools to succeed.
The result is wasted energy, misunderstandings, and avoidable conflict. Employees feel unseen, collaboration breaks down, and turnover rises.
Organisations need more than CVs, job titles, and gut feel. They need a consistent way to understand how people think and work, so leaders and teams can perform at their best.
Understanding Workplace Behaviour introduces participants to the science behind how people think and work. Before the session, each participant completes a behavioural assessment. In the workshop, we bring those results to life.
We start by exploring the four behavioural drives that shape how people show up at work: Dominance, Extraversion, Patience, and Formality. Participants see how these drives combine into a unique Reference Profile, which highlights their natural strengths, needs, and blind spots.
From there, we look at what happens when different styles interact. Participants compare their own profile with others in the room, discuss real workplace scenarios, and see how differences can cause tension or create strength. The session builds a common language that leaders and teams can use to explain behaviour in a way that is objective, non-judgemental, and useful in everyday business.
By the end of the workshop, participants not only understand their own working style, but also how to recognise and adapt to others. This is the foundation for making better hires, managing more effectively, and building teams that stay engaged.
Our workshops are not theory sessions. They create measurable change by applying people data to the challenges your organisation faces.
Organisations that use behavioural data to guide people decisions see up to an 82% reduction in turnover in the first year.
85% of leaders report improved communication and influence when trained to understand workplace behaviour.
Employees who feel seen and understood are 87% less likely to leave their organisation
The Predictive Index® has been used for more than 60 years to help leaders make better people decisions. Today it is applied in over 10,000 organisations across 90 countries, available in 70+ languages, with more than 38 million assessments completed.
